Chilean Rose Tarantulas are found only in Chile, South America. These tarantulas eat small insects and other arthropods. In general the females grow larger and heavier than males and also tend to live a great deal longer. They are hairy little creatures; these hairs help them to smell, feel vibrations and gauge temperature. Chile Rose Tarantulas also have special hairs on certain parts of their body that can be itchy to predators.
*Chilean Rose Tarantulas lay between 100 – 500+ eggs at a time!
Cara the Chile Rose would make a great addition to any event! She is also great for those that may wish to combat their fears of our 8-legged friends!
